Kitchen Helps: Italian Sausage

I’ve never been one to like frying breakfast meat unless it is already fully cooked. This is especially true of Italian sausage. So I did a search and found out that it works to bake them.

Cook once – use multiple days!

STEP ONE
-Put sausage in a baking pan
-Add a little water in bottom
-Poke holes in sausage

Step 1

STEP TWO - Cover with foil

Step 2

STEP THREE - Preheat oven and Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Step 3

STEP FOUR - Check for doneness

Step 4

STEP FIVE - Store in fridge for use during the week

Step 5 Storage
